"Right now over 1/3 of the earth's population is youth age. Soon that percentage will rise to more than 50% of the world's people! 2.1 billion youth are without Christ. Over 95% of all youth leadership resources are INSIDE the United States while over 95% of all youth are OUTSIDE the United States. This is unacceptable. Short term mission projects are a part of the solution, but are insufficient to develop and sustain indigenous movements to reach the youth of the nations. Something must be done. We believe the answer lies in mentoring indigenous youth LEADERSHIP among the people groups! That is why the Institute exists, to help spread leadership resources into places where the need is so great! The youth of the nations are worth the effort!"
