Application

Requirements
·     If you are a college student or recent graduate, we encourage you to apply. All academic youth ministry majors are welcome.
·     Married students must apply individually; however, both must be accepted for the same semester in order to attend.
·     International students may apply.
 
Procedures
To receive an application for admission you may download an application from the website, call our Office of Admissions at 877-251-1850 or e-mail admissions@globalyouthstudies.org. The packet will include a brochure containing an application plus two reference forms and a Liaison Form.   
The following items need to be returned to the Institute by the application
deadline.  To start the process, send in your application and application fee immediately.
Send the remaining items as they become available.

Initial Items Due Immediately To Start Process
 

1.	A completed application (remember to sign all signature portions)
2.	Application fee of $50.00 (make check out to "Global Institute for Youth Leadership")
Items Due As Available
3.	Essays found on application under - Ministry and Calling.  (Please limit to 500 words each)
4.	Two complete reference forms (traditionally the forms are faxed or mailed separately)
5.	Current official college transcripts from all colleges attended (a faxed, unofficial copy may be used prior to receiving the official transcript)   If student has not attended college yet, please send official High School transcript.

 Applicants should make photocopies of the application, essays and
application fee check for their own records.
 
Once You Have Been Accepted
Space is intentionally limited at the Institute to provide the highest quality education in an intimate, hands-on learning environment.  Upon acceptance, a $200 deposit is required to hold your spot.  You can mail a check to the Institute or pay online:
